Golden Transmission Co., Ltd, is a private-owned company.
The parent company is located in Jingjiang Industrial Park
of Jiangyin City Economic Development Zone and covers an
area of 80,000 square meters (about 861,112 square feet).
The subsidiary company, Wuxi Golden Transmission Co., Ltd,
is located in Shuofang Industrial Park of Wuxi City and
covers an area of 50,000 square meters (about 538,195 square
feet). With the fixed assets of 250 million RMB (about 31.25
million US dollars), it has 685 employees with engineers and
engineering technical personnel counting about 35% of the
total. Equipped with more than 500 sets of specialized
equipments, the company has annual production capacity of 1，200,000
steering devices, 500,000 transmission shafts, and 500,000
regulation arms.
The
steering device and the transmission shaft are used in
heavy-duty, medium-size, and light-duty vehicles, as well as
construction machinery and equipment. The clearance
self-regulation arm is suitable to heavy or medium-sized
trucks and buses. With continuing improvements in process
and management, the company has passed QS9000 and TS16949
Automotive Quality Standards. Its products have been
improved continuously and some of them have won awards at
national level. Therefore, dozens of factories in automotive
industry regard us as standard manufacturer and supplier.
Our products are also exported to US and Germany.
In
addition to the advanced technologies such as spline cold
extrusion, nylon coating, and convex soldering being used in
our products, our company owns 25 patents including steering
device of clash-resisting and energy-absorbing type as well
as clearance self-regulation arm. By coming on the heels of
